For the last three or four years, most web browsers have been declaring that Flash is a defunct, dead, depreciated plugin. But because Looperman's advertisements are built on Flash, the browser keeps seeking to turn Flash on again. If I use a task-terminator to knock out the Flash Player plugin, the website comes to life again, and all is well and usable. With some troubleshooting, I've found the culprit: The Adobe Flash plugin. In fact, you can't even close your browser window. You can't move the scrollbar, you can't type text, you can't start or stop the play of audioloops, and you can't mouse-click. Things will be going along fine, then the whole site and the whole browser- just freezes.
